FREE BOARD SHIPPING
- Flat rate shipping only applies to the continental United States.
- All orders placed before 1pm PST will be shipped out same day.
- Any orders placed after 1pm PST will be shipped following business day.
- Customers who live outside this are subject to additional shipping costs. A Stand Up Paddle Company representative will contact you with the difference before hand to allow you options.
- If you do live outside the continental United States, Please give us a call at 866-341-1218 and we can quote you a shipping price before your purchase.
$5 Dollar Flat Rate Shipping On Clothing
- Our system automatically assigns the flat rate of $5 for all clothing orders. Any orders placed for outside the continental United States may be subject to additional charges.
- First item always ships for only 5 dollars; all additional items thereafter will ship for only $3 dollars.
Shipping & Receiving Details
- USPS / UPS / FEDEX orders are shipped within 24-48 hours - weekends and holidays excluded
- USPS / UPS / FEDEX services we use do not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays
- Items ordered together may ship separately
- SUP Company may carry selected merchandise that is restricted from International shipping. If an order is placed with this selected product, you will be notified via email.
- P.O. Box Addresses are shipped with USPS and can take up to 3 weeks to process. We suggests using a physical address and selecting UPS when possible. PO Box customers can call our Customer Service line to get an update on current USPS processing time at (949) 715-9730.
Signatures are required for the delivery of the following orders
- All first time orders over $250.00
- All first time USPS / UPS / FEDEX Next Day Air orders
- All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses
* USPS / UPS / FEDEX will not deliver a box that is signature required without someone being available to sign for the package. If this is a problem give us a call within 24 hours of placing your order.

- All suspect orders are subject to verification, this is done for your protection
- Suspect orders will be held until verified
- PayPal orders are an exception to verification
